摘　　要：针对阳极炉烟气脱硫治理的迫切需求,与目前严峻的经营形势相结合,本文设计一种低成本实现阳极炉烟气脱硫治理达标控制的手段。将两套不同生产系统、互不相干的两个主控制站的下位联通,组态软件改变原有网络架构后,建立网络变量,使用和利时在TCP/IP协议基础上开发出来的HISE协议,有效防治病毒入侵网络,确保阳极炉烟气脱硫治理系统长期稳定运行。本课题力求节约成本、下功夫钻研革新、改变传统模式,在全局观念下思考问题,涉及将铜冶炼厂熔炼、焙烧车间、化工柠檬酸钠系统的监控问题统一考虑,采取了有限条件下最有效益的低成本方案。Aiming at the urgent need of anode flue gas desulfurization treatment, combined with the current severe operating situation, this paper designs a low-cost means to achieve anode furnace flue gas desulfurization control standard control.
