摘 要:薄壁细长花键轴的加工是一项工艺难题,加工工艺流程的优劣直接影响着零件的加工质量。传统的加工工艺流程一般是将外花键安排在热处理前加工,热处理后往往出现变形现象,无法保证零件精度。随着滚齿加工刀具材料技术和涂层技术的发展,使淬硬加工得以实现。通过对零件的特性和加工难点进行分析,对加工工艺进行优化和改进,以及对滚齿夹具的设计应用一种过定位的设计思想,增加了夹具的刚度和定位精度,同时应用了硬质合金AlTiN涂层滚齿刀具,在保证零件质量的前提下,提高了零件的加工效率,对同类型薄壁细长花键轴的加工具有借鉴意义。The machining of thin wall long spline shaft is one of the challenge process, the condition of the machiningprocess flow directly influence the part machining before the heat treatment. However, after the HT, it will have the de-formation which cannot ensure the part accuracy. With the development of hobbing machining tool material and coating tech-nology, it can be realized by the hardening process. Through analysis of the part characteristic and machining problems, themachining process has been optimized and improved. Through application of over positioning design idea, the stiffness andpositioning accuracy of fixture has been enhanced. Also, apply the hard alloy A1TiN coating hobbing tool, the part machi-ning efficiency has been improved under the condition which can ensure the part quality. It has a reference for the thin walllong spline shaft machining of the same kind.
