摘 要:在原油输送管道内,易出现残留石蜡和垢的沉积,导致管道内的有效通流截面减小,造成输油困难,降低了输量,并存在安全隐患。针对石油开采及运输中出现的结蜡与结垢的问题,研究合金组分、微观结构和电化学催化作用以及清防蜡和垢效果之间的相互影响规律,设计并优化由多元合金所构成的清防蜡和垢技术结构和参数,丰富和发展清防蜡和垢的作用机理,开发出一种新型的、适用较广的特种合金防蜡防垢装置,改变了磁性材料、机械和化学清防蜡和垢的弊端,提高了石油开采与运输的效益。The paraffin and fouling in the crude oil deposited in pipelines can make the decrease of effective cross-sectionfor liquid flowing, the difficulty of oil transportation, and the reduction of the transmission capacity of pipeline. Analyze thecharacters of paraffin and fouling deposition in the pipeline system, and summarize the currently traditional technologies foravoiding the deposition of paraffin and fouling. Furthermore, the characters and functions of special alloy device for preven-ting paraffin and fouling deposition are expatiated. Based on this, a new technology is presented for preventing paraffin andfouling deposition in pipeline. It avoids the abuse of the adopting magnetic materials, washing paraffin in the mechanic orchemical way, and preventing paraffin deposition. Finally, the research improves the efficiency of oil mining and transporta-tion.
