摘　　要：标准化经济效果就是实施标准化所获得的有用效果与所付出的劳动消耗之比,标准化有用效果是指实施标准化所获得的节约或其他有益的结果。研究了折弯机上加工的钣金零件类型和模具的材料等现实问题,通过开展模具通用化设计工作,避免了重复设计、制造,降低了模具制造成本,促进了新产品试制工作的开展。标准化不但是组织现代化生产的不可缺少的重要手段,而且是企业提高经济效益的有效手段。Standardization to economical effect is the ratio from the useful effect obtained by implementing standardiza-tion to the working consumption. Standardization to useful effect is the saving obtained by implementing standardization orother beneficial results. The research on practical problems is about types of cold pressed sheet metal parts machined bybending machines and mould material. By putting the generalization of the design work of mould into practice, the repeateddesignation and machining is avoided, and the cost of mould manufacturing is reduced, which could promote the develop-ment of new products trial-manufacture. Standardization is not only the indispensable key resort to organization of manufac-turing modernization, but also the effective method to enhance the economic benefit in corporation.
