摘　　要：列举了高锰钢轧臼壁和破碎壁的失效实例,从化学成分、显微组织、铸造缺陷等方面分析了其失效的原因,提出了相应的解决对策,并从管理的角度指出必须强化质量意识、严格执行生产工艺规范、加强生产现场检查控制,才能稳定和提高圆锥生产质量,延长其使用寿命。Some failure cases of high manganese steel cones were listed, the failure causes and the corresponding solutions were analyzed from chemical composition, microstructure and casting defects, etc. Meanwhile, it was proposed that only by reinforcing the quality consciousness, strict executing production technique specifications, and strengthening the inspection control in production site, the production quality of high manganese steel cones can be stabilized and improved.
