摘 要:借助Fact Sage7.0热力学软件分析SO_2-Ca-H_2O、SO_2-Fe-H_2O、SO_2-Mg-H_2O体系,得到钢渣浆液脱除模拟烧结烟气中SO_2的主要化学反应式,从气-液-固体系中了解到钢渣脱硫反应的实质是钢渣矿相水解出来的氧化物发生酸碱中和反应,生成相应的硫酸盐。同时在工艺参数确定为钢渣粒度75μm、钢渣浓度1.2%、烧结烟气流量5 m^3/h、SO_2浓度1 428 mg/m^3条件下进行钢渣脱硫,利用此钢渣脱硫前后的样品进行XRD、SEM检测,检测结果显示钢渣浆液脱硫后的主要生成物质,从而推断出钢渣浆液脱硫的化学反应机理。With FactSage7.0 thermodynamic software to analyzes the system of SO2-Ca-H2O, SO2-Fe-H2O and SO2-Mg-H2O, the main chemical equation of the removal of SO2 in the simulation of the sintering of slag slurry was obtained, the essence of steel slag desulfurization reaction was understanded from the system of gas-liquid-solid, that is, the oxides from hydrolysis of slag ore phase have acid-base neutralization reactions, generating the corresponding sulfates. Also the steel slag was desulfurized in the condition of the steel slag size of 75 μm, the slag concentration of 1.2%, the gas flow of 5 m3/h during the sintering, the SO2 concentration of 1 428 mg/m3. The samples were tested before and after desulfurization using XRD and SEM methods to show the main substances after desulfurization, so as to infer the chemical reaction mechanism of the desulfudzation with slag slurry.
