摘  要:在AlSi10Mg铸造铝合金凝固过程中施加不同的机械振动幅度和机械振动频率的振动处理,研究了机械振动参数对AlSi10Mg合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着机械振幅的增加,合金的抗拉强度和断后伸长率呈现先增加而后降低的趋势,在机械振幅为0.11mm时取得最大值;随着机械振动频率的增加,合金的抗拉强度和断后伸长率呈现先增加而后降低的趋势,在机械振动频率为36Hz时取得最大值;AlSi10Mg合金在凝固过程中的适宜的机械振动参数为:机械振幅为0.11mm、机械振动频率为36Hz。机械振动改善AlSi10Mg铸造铝合金的强度和塑性主要与合金的组织均匀性和晶粒细化有关。AlSi10Mg casting aluminum alloy was prepared under different mechanical vibration amplitude and vibration frequency, and the effects of mechanical vibration parameters on the microstructure and properties of AlSi10Mg alloy were investigated. The results show that, with the increase of mechanical vibration amplitude, the tensile strength and elongation show first increasing and then decreasing, and the maximum value is got when the amplitude is 0.11 mm. With the increase of mechanical vibration frequency, the tensile strength and elongation show first increasing and then decreasing, and the maximum value is got when the fxequency is 36 Hz. The suitable mechanical vibration parameters for the alloy is the amplitude of 0.11 mm, the frequency of 36 Hz. Mechanical vibration can improve the strength and plasticity of AlSi10Mg casting aluminum alloy due to the uniformity microstructure and grain refinement.
