摘　　要：提出了消失模砂处理工艺数据库管理系统。该系统通过对砂处理步骤进行分析,构建砂处理工艺管理系统结构,且通过改进的神经网络算法实现自学习工艺数据库的构建,以达到砂处理工艺参数自寻优的目的。实验表明,砂处理工艺数据库管理系统能够对砂处理过程工艺参数进行有效控制,从而提高了消失模砂处理过程的效率。Database management system about sand treatment process was presented. The structure of the sand treatment system was built by analysis steps of sand treatment, and an improved BP neural network algorithm was applied in structuring the craft database to achieve the self-optimization objectives. Experiments show that the database management system about sand treatment system has effective control of technology parameters, and can improve the efficiency of process resource of sand treatment.
