摘 要:目的检测驱蚊帐驱、灭蚊效果。方法按NY/T 1151.4-2012《农药登记卫生用杀虫剂室内药效试验及评价第4部分驱蚊帐》开展驱蚊帐室内接触筒药效检测和模拟现场药效检测,对经不同洗涤次数的驱蚊帐的药效结果用SPSS11.5进行χ2检验和相关性分析。结果实验室接触筒实验中,样品1在经0、10、20次洗涤后,对致倦库蚊的1 h击倒率为77.7%、28.8%和0,24 h致死率为57.9%、17.2%、0;样品2则为91.8%、90.4%、74.7%和88.1%、80.3%、29.4%,不同洗涤次数间驱蚊帐对致倦库蚊杀灭效果的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。模拟现场实验中,样品1和样品2经洗涤20次后对致倦库蚊的12 h击倒率分别为57.7%和29.9%,24 h死亡率分别为57.7%和29.9%。结论洗涤影响驱蚊帐的驱灭蚊效果,实验方法的统一有利于对驱蚊帐产品开展效果评价。Objective To assess the efficacy of long-lasting insecticide-treated nets against mosquitoes using the standard protocal. Methods The forced-contact test and analogous site test were conducted according to the standard of The Ministry of Agriculture: Laboratory Efficacy Test Methods and Criteria of Public Health Insecticides for Pesticide Registration,Part 4: Long-lasting Insecticide Treated Mosquito Net( NY / T 1151. 4-2012). Efficacy difference in washing groups was determined using a chi-square test and correlate analysis in SPSS 11. 5. Results In the forced-contact test,knockdown rates against mosquitoes for sample 1 after 0,10,20 times of washing within 60 minutes were 77. 7%,28. 8% and 0 respectively,and the mortality within 24 h were 57. 9%,17. 2% and 0respectively. Knockdown rates of mosquitoes for sample 2 after 0,10,20 washing times within 60 minutes were91. 8%,90. 4% and 74. 7% respectively,and mortality within 24 h were 88. 1%,80. 3% and 29. 4%respectively. There was statistical difference among different washing groups( P 〈 0. 05). In the analogous site test,knockdown rates within 12 h for sample 1 and sample 2 were 57. 7% and 29. 9% respectively. Mortalities within 24 h for sample 1 and 2 were 57. 7% and 29. 9% respectively. Conclusion Washing had significant effect on the longlasting insecticidal mosquito nets. The consistency of experimental methods could enhance the accuracy of assessment results of this kind of product.
