摘  要:目的开展某部营区的蚤侵害调查,分析蚤害原因,评价蚤防治效果。方法蚤种类调查采用鼠体蚤指数法,粘蚤纸法用于营区不同场所蚤密度调查并评价灭蚤效果,蚤防治采用环境治理、大面积灭鼠和药物灭蚤相结合。结果捕获鼠25只,分类鉴定为3种,褐家鼠(84.0%)为营区优势鼠种;鼠体染蚤率为40.0%,鼠体蚤指数为2.12,蚤经分类鉴定为二齿新蚤、特新蚤指名亚种和缓慢细蚤3种,其中二齿新蚤(83.02%)为营区优势蚤种;不同场所蚤分布呈明显不均衡态势,以家属区贮藏室蚤密度最高,而人员活动密度最高的宿舍区则未捕获;通过2次药物处理后,所有场所灭蚤率均达100%。结论本次营区蚤害主要是由野猫和鼠类宿主活动带入,分布范围较广,危害较重,通过综合灭蚤措施,蚤害在短时间内得到了有效控制。Objective To investigate infestation and analysis harm reason of flea,and evaluate flea control efficiency in a military camp and surrounding areas. Methods Infested indices on rat body surface by fleas were used for flea population investigation. Sticky papers were used to capture fleas and evaluate control efficiency. Comprehensive measures were conducted to control fleas. Results 25 rodents were captured,and identified as three species. Rattus norvegicus( 84. 0%) was dominant rodentia species. The rodents with total infested rated and infested indices by fleas were 40. 0% and 2. 12 respectively. 53 fleas belonging to 3 species were collected,Neopsylla bidentatiformis,Neopsylla specialisspecialis and Leptopsylla segnis. Neopsylla bidentatiformis( 83. 02%) was the dominant flea species. The highest flea density appeared in household storing room areas. There was no flea in officer and soldier room areas. Flea density decreased 97. 3% after first chemical application and 100% after the second in all areas. Conclusion The reason of flea infestation was that the activity of hosts such as wild cats and rodent. Distribution of flea infestation was wide range and harm seriously. Control efficiency reached satisfied results after the implement of integrated control.
