摘  要:目的探索国际航行船舶不同部位截获外来医学媒介生物的风险性及高风险位置之间的相关性。方法以宁波港为研究范围,开展为期一年半的船舶外来媒介生物携带情况调查,将到港外来医学媒介生物截获阳性的1 472艘次国际航行船舶列为研究对象,应用饼图法及基于SAS/EM的关联规则挖掘技术对船舶截获外来医学媒介生物的高风险部位及其关联性进行分析研究。结果船舶外来媒介生物截获风险性最高的位置是厨房(风险占比达到64.95%),以下依次是船前后甲板、垃圾储藏室、船员宿舱、食品库、餐厅等。而关联规则挖掘揭示出餐厅和厨房存在强相关性:船上餐厅能截获外来媒介生物,则有70.59%的可能性会在该船的厨房里再次截获到媒介生物(Confidence=70.59%,Support=6.58%,Lift=1.04)。结论关联规则挖掘等大数据分析技术的应用是国境卫生检疫增强把关效能,提升监管科学性和有效性的强有力工具,因而理应加快推广应用。Objective To explore the risk condition and their association of exotic medical vectors captured in different locations of the international navigation ships. Methods The Ningbo Port was selected as the researching area,the 1 472 arrival international navigation ships with the positive medical vectors were recognized as the researching objects. A survey of exotic medical-vector carrying rate was carried out for one and a half year. The methods of pie chart and association analysis based on SAS / EM were employed for risk assessment of exotic medical-vectors captured in different locations of the vessels and their association. Results The highest-risk location of the vessels for capturing the medical vectors was in the galley( risk ratio was 64. 95%). The lower-risk locations were deck,garbage storage,crew's cabin,food storage and dining room as sequels. There was strong correlation between the dining room and galley for the medical vectors captured according to the association analysis( Confidence = 70. 59%,Support = 6. 58%,Lift = 1. 04). Conclusion The big data technique such as association analysis shall be a good tool for enhancing the efficiency of health quarantine and improving its supervision. So it need to be applied more quickly in this field.
