摘　　要：采用问卷调查的方式,了解重庆市PCO行业的基本情况、运营现状,在管理和技术方面存在的问题及需要的支持,以更好地促进重庆市PCO行业的健康发展。重庆市PCO行业发展历史短,多为小微企业,尚处于起步阶段,面临生存和发展的压力,在经营管理和技术方面需要提升的空间大。应加大对有害生物防治行业的扶持力度,加强对行业的宣传和培训,规范其经营管理行为,积极为其营造有利的发展环境,促进行业的健康发展。In order to learn the basic conditions,operational status,management and technical problems and support needs of Pest Control Operations（ PCO）,and provide advice for the healthy development of PCO in Chongqing,questionnaire survey was conducted. Most of Pest Control Operations in Chongqing are small and micro enterprises with short history,and facing the pressure of survival and development,and requiring improvement in management and technology. It is necessary to promote the pest control operation to support efforts to strengthen the industry＇s publicity and training,standardize their management behavior,and actively create a favorable environment for its development.
