摘 要:目的掌握广州口岸白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平。方法采用幼虫浸渍法。结果新沙口岸、芳村口岸、滘新口岸的白纹伊蚊对苯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、残杀威、ES-生物烯丙菊酯5种杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗药性,芳村口岸的白纹伊蚊对高效氯氰菊酯表现出中度抗性,新沙口岸白纹伊蚊对残杀威表现为敏感,其余均表现为低度抗性。结论国境口岸应加强对重要媒介生物及其抗药性的监测,以便有效地使用药剂防控口岸医学媒介生物。Objective To investigate the resistance of Aedes albopictus to five commonly used insecticides at three ports of Guangzhou. Methods The larva immersion method was applied in the survey. Results Comparing with the susceptible population,Aedes albopictus collected at three ports of Guangzhou held low resistance to cyphenothrin,beta-cypermethrin,permethrin,propoxur and esbiothrin,except the population from the port of Fangcun with moderate resistance to beta-cypermethrin. Aedes albopictus from the port of Xinsha was relatively susceptible to propoxur.Conclusion Insecticide resistance should be monitored regularly to prevent and reduce the occurrence and development of resistance.
