摘　　要：目的：探讨新式骨盆牵引装置对腰椎间盘突出症的临床治疗疗效。方法：2013年1月至2015年6月,将门诊诊断为腰椎间盘突出症的患者120例分成2组,每组60例,其中第1组为传统骨盆牵引＋美洛昔康治疗组,第2组为新式骨盆牵引＋美洛昔康治疗组。进行回顾性分析：男67例,女53例;年龄23-69岁,平均45.7岁;病程1个月-2年,平均12个月。对2组患者分别在治疗前、治疗1个月、随访3个月后进行ODI评分及VAS评分,观察患者的生活质量,同时对2组患者的牵引进行时的舒适度评分。结果：第2组患者在治疗结束时、治疗结束后3个月的ODI评分和VAS评分较前组有明显的下降,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;第2组患者牵引时的舒适度评分较第1组高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：新式骨盆牵引装置能够提高牵引治疗时的舒适度,治疗腰椎间盘突出症时有不错的临床疗效。Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of new pelvic traction device for treating lumbar disc herniation.Methods：From January 2013 to June 2015,120 patients diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation were divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The group 1were treating with the traditional pelvic traction ＋ meloxicam,and the group 2 were treating with new pelvic traction＋ meloxicam.All patients were retrospectively analyzed.There were 67 males and 53 females;aged 23-69 years old,mean 45.7 years old;duration of 1 month to 2 years,with an average of 12 months.The ODI score and VAS score were recorded before treatment,1 month after treatment,and 3 months after treatment in the two groups.The patients＇ quality of life were observed,and traction proceeds comfort were scored.Results：The ODI score and VAS score of patients in group 2 at the end of treatment,3 months after treatment was significantly decreased compared with the group 1（P〈0.05）;the traction comfort score of group 2 was higher than that of the group 1（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The new pelvic traction device can improve the comfort of traction therapy,and has good clinical efficacy for treating lumbar disc herniation.
