核医学科安全防护存在的问题与管理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨核医学科辐射安全防护中存在的问题,分析主要的管理要素。方法核医学科辐射安全防护是医院辐射安全防护中的重中之重,也是难点环节,通过对医院核医学科辐射安全防护以及管理中存在的问题进行系统分析,提出针对性的管理要点。结果核医学科辐射安全防护中主要存在分区和布局欠合理、忽视放射源头的管理、环境影响评价后置、忽视科室自身辐射检测等问题。结论可以通过加强日常工作的管理、核医学科人才管理以及科室安全管理等方面针对性预防和干预,保证核医学科辐射安全。Objective To explore the problems existing in radiation safety protection of nuclear medicine department and to analyze the main management elements. Methods The radiation safety protection of nuclear medicine departments comes the priority in hospital radiation safety protection and is also difficult. Trough systematic analysis of problems existing in safety protection and management of nuclear medicine in hospital, we put forward the corresponding key points of management. Results Main problems existing in radiation safety protection of nuclear medicine included irrational partition and distribution, ignoring management of radioactive source, postposition of environmental impact assessment, and ignoring radiation detection of department. Conclusion Safety protection of nuclear medicine can be improved and guaranteed through enhancing management of daily work, management of nuclear medicine talent and management of department safety with targeted prevention and intervention.
