摘  要:目的探讨门诊输液管理系统在门诊输液室的应用效果。方法选取门诊输液室2015年7月至12月收治的280例静脉输液患者为观察组,使用门诊输液系统。选取门诊输液室2015年1月至6月收治的250例静脉输液患者为对照组,给予常规输液流程,比较两组患者的输液各阶段的耗时、输液差错以及护理满意度。结果观察组的接单耗时、配液耗时、输液核对耗时、呼叫响应耗时均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护患纠纷、输液核对错误、呼叫不到的发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊输液管理系统不仅能够减少患者输液各阶段的耗时,而且能够降低输液差错的发生,提高患者的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of outpatient infusion management system in the outpatient transfusion room. Methods A total of 280 patients who had intravenous infusion in outpatient transfusion room from July to December 2015 were selected as the observation group, and outpatient infusion management system was adopted. A total of 250 patients who had intravenous infusion in outpatient transfusion room from January to June 2015 were selected as the control group, and conventional infusion process was adopted. The results of infusion time of each phase, infusion errors and satisfaction of the two group were compared. Results The time consuming of order receiving, solution, infusion and call response in observation group was shorter than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05). The incidence rates of nursing disputes, transfusion check errors and no response of patients in observation group were lower than that in control group, satisfaction level in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Outpatient infusion management system can not only reduce the time of infusion but also reduce the occurrence of transfusion errors so as to improve patient satisfaction.
