摘　　要：目的探讨个案工作对中青年乳腺癌术后化疗患者性生活状况及配偶生活质量的影响。方法将160名中青年乳腺癌术后化疗患者分为对照组(n=80)与干预组(n=80),对照组实施常规化疗后护理,干预组介入个案工作。比较1年后两组患者性生活状况和配偶生活质量。结果干预后,干预组患者的性生活状况优于对照组,其配偶生活质量高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义。结论个案工作能够有效提高中青年乳腺癌术后化疗患者性生活状况及配偶生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of case work on sexual life and quality of life in spouses of patients with breast cancer during postoperative chemotherapy. Methods 160 patients with breast cancer receiving postoperative chemotherapy were divided into two groups： the control group（n=80） and the experimental group given the intervention of case work（n=80）. The sexual life and quality of life in spouses of patients were compared between two groups after one year＇s intervention. Results Patients＇ sexual life and quality of life in spouses in experimental group were higher than control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Case work could significantly improve the sexual life and quality of life in spouses of patients with breast cancer during postoperative chemotherapy.
