现代俄罗斯人口较少民族的发展状况探析

摘　　要：俄罗斯作为世界上少数民族较多的国家,在城市化、工业化及现代化的进程中其少数民族生存状况同样也令人担忧:一些少数民族人口急剧减少,濒临消失的绝境;一些少数民族语言已经消亡或面临即将消亡的困境。这些问题的出现不仅加速改变了俄罗斯的民族人口结构,而且也影响到了俄罗斯国家文化的整体性与多样性。本文旨在通过探究俄罗斯人口较少民族的发展现状,以及俄罗斯政府对该问题所采取相关政策及一些新的变化。As a country with numerous minorities, Russia faces the same worrisome situation during urbanization, industrialization and modernization： the population of some minorities decreases sharply and is confronted with extinction. The languages of some minority groups have either disappeared already or are faced with imminent disappearance. These issues have not only eroded the demographic structure of nationalities in Russia but also impacted on the integrality, diversity and richness of the Russian national culture. To examine this country＇ s nationality problems, this paper focuses on nationalities with less population, as well as on taken to resolve relevant issues. the current situation in the development of the measures that the Russian government has
