惠州市某区强制戒毒人员肺部分枝杆菌感染状况调查

摘　　要：目的掌握惠州市惠阳区强制戒毒人员肺部分枝杆菌感染情况,包括(感染率、分枝杆)菌种类、感染易感因素、临床表现、症状体征等。方法对所有调查对象进行常规胸部X光检查,对胸部影像可疑者,进一步做痰液抗酸染色检查。凡痰液抗酸染色检查阳性者,痰液送上级有条件实验室做进一步培养鉴定及药物敏感试验。结果 982名强制戒毒人员有36人胸部X光检查异常,出现肺部感染影像特征,36人中有26人痰液涂片检出分枝杆菌,检出率为2.65%(26/982)。结论强制戒毒人员肺部分枝杆菌感染率较高,应引起重视,并采取各种措施,防止分枝杆菌感染的传播与扩散。Objective Master Huiyang City, drug addicts pulmonary mycobacterial infection, including infection, mycobacterial species, infection risk factors,clinical manifestations, symptoms and signs. Methods All subjects were routine chest X-ray examination of the chest imaging suspicious, and further to do sputum acid-fast staining. Where sputum acid-fast staining positive, sputum sent to laboratory for further conditional superior culture, identification and drug sensitivity test. Results 982 drug addicts have 36 chest X-ray abnormalities, had lung infection imaging features, 26 of whom were identified as pulmonary mycobacterial infection, the infection rate was 2.65%. Conclusion drug addicts pulmonary mycobacterial infection rate is high, should be taken into consideration seriously, and to take all measures to prevent the spread of mycobacterial infection.
