摘 要:以不同抗病品种的荷花为试材,研究接种腐烂病菌后,荷花叶片过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性的变化趋势.结果表明,接种腐烂病菌后,抗、感病品种的荷花幼苗POD、PAL、PPO活性均比对照有所提高,其中抗病品种提高程度均强于感病品种,随处理时间的延长,其活性变化呈先升高后降低趋势.POD、PAL、PPO活性与品种抗病性呈正相关关系.We used the rot disease inoculation in the different varieties of lotus, then measured the change of the enzymatic activity like peroxidase, pholyphenol oxidase and phenylalanine ammonia lyase in different stages of the leaf about lotus. The results showed that: after being infected, the activity of POD, PPO, PAL were increased in both resistant varieties and susceptible varieties, which improved the resistant varieties was much stronger than that of susceptible varieties. With the extension of time, the activity increased at first and then decreased. The activity of POD, PAL, PPO which associated with resistance was positively related.
