摘 要:通过田间对比试验,探讨了月季夏季扦插材料选择、取材部位、基质成分、消毒剂、生根剂对插穗生根发育的影响,总结出一套适宜郑州地区月季夏季扦插繁殖的关键技术方法.结果表明:1枝条木髓粗大、腋芽不饱满、组织不充实以及易木质化的月季品种,枝条扦插生根率极低;2采用当年生花枝中部枝条作为插穗其扦插生根率相比于基部、梢部较好且根系长度、不定根数量有显著优势;3“泥炭土+蛭石”相比于“河沙+蛭石”更有利于插穗的生根以及根部发育;4插穗消毒用80%多菌灵和75%百菌清混合液(体积各占一半,配成800倍液)浸泡5 min效果最好;5生根剂处理为插穗速蘸250 mg/L的NAA+IBA混合液2-3 s,相比于其他处理能显著促进插穗不定根的生长发育.This paper discusses the effects of different cuhivars, position, substrate, disinfectant and growth regulators on rooting of cuttings, in order to conclude the key technique and standard which are suitable for summer cutting in Zhengzhou. This study shows that the cuttings which have thick pith, unfilled axillary bud, unfilled organization and easy liguification were diffcult to rooting. The middle stem of cutting is better than basal stem and top stem. The peat soil cover with vermiculite is better than fiver sand cover with vermiculite as stroma for cutting. It benefits the cutting rooting and root development. The best disinfected cutting is soak in 80% of carbendazim and 75% of chlorothalonil mixtures in 800 times with 5minutes. The 250 mg/L sotution of equal amounts of NAA and IBA dips the cuttings for two and three seconds can significantly improve the development of adventitious root.
