摘 要:为了剔除矮脚鸡群中的杂合子个体,使其在后代繁殖过程中无性状分离,鸡群脚胫和体重等方面的均匀度达到一致。试验采用2对特定引物对64只矮脚黄羽鸡进行PCR扩增,对扩增片段进行测序确定。结果表明:有51只矮小纯合子鸡,纯合子频率为79.69%,其余13只为矮小杂合子鸡,杂合子频率为20.31%。说明利用特定的引物对矮小鸡群体进行PCR扩增筛选能有效剔除矮脚鸡群中的杂合子个体,从而加快育种进程。To eliminate the heterozygous individuals in the dwarf chicken flocks for making them without segregation of characters and with the consistent uniformity of the shank length and the body weight chicken flocks in the offspring reproduction. The PCR amplification was conducted in 64 dwarf yellow- feathered chickens using two pairs of specific primers,and then the amplified fragments were determined by sequencing.The results showed that there were 51 dwarf homozygous chickens with a homozygous frequency of 79. 69%. The remaining 13 chickens were dwarf heterozygous chickens,and the heterozygous frequency was 20. 31%. The results indicate that using the specific primers for PCR amplification and screening of dwarf chicken flocks,can effectively eliminate the heterozygous individuals in the dwarf chicken flocks,thereby speeding up the breeding process.
