摘　　要：为了对天津市某规模化猪场疑似仔猪水肿病病例进行确诊,无菌采集病变明显的组织器官,通过病理组织学检查、细菌分离培养、镜检、生化鉴定、RT-PCR检测及动物致病性试验等对疑似病例进行综合诊断。结果见病猪有仔猪水肿病的典型特征:各脏器组织出血、水肿,且组织间有嗜中性粒细胞浸润;分离菌株为革兰氏阴性短杆菌,生化特性与大肠杆菌一致;致病性试验表明分离菌株具有致病性,判定病猪群有大肠杆菌感染。经过猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)S基因和猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)M基因的特异性引物进行RT-PCR扩增,检测结果为阴性。确诊该猪病为大肠杆菌感染所致的仔猪水肿病。药敏试验结果表明分离株大肠杆菌对头孢唑啉、多西环素等药物高度敏感。To make a definite diagnosis for a suspected case of piglet edema disease on a large- scale pig farm in Tianjin city,the tissues and organs with obvious lesions were aseptically collected. A comprehensive diagnosis for the suspected case was conducted through histopathological examination,bacterium isolation and culture,microscopic examination,biochemical identification,RT- PCR detection,animal pathogenicity test and so on. The results showed that the infected pigs had typical characteristics of piglet edema disease. Hyperemia and edema were found in different visceral organs and tissues,and there was neutrophilic infiltration between the tissues. The isolates were identified belonging to gram- negative Brevibacterium,and the biochemical characteristics were consistent with those of Escherichia coli. Animal pathogenicity test showed that the isolates were pathogenic,which was judged that the infected pigs had Escherichia coli infection. RT- PCR results were negative for specific primers of porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus S gene（ TGEV- S） and porcine epidemic diarrhea virus M gene（ PEDV- M）. It was confirmed that infected pigs suffered from piglet edema disease caused by Escherichia coli. The drug sensitivity test revealed that the Escherichia coli isolates were highly sensitive to cefazolin and doxycycline.
