摘　　要：通过对实兵对抗演练中卫勤分队考评,发现卫勤保障存在卫勤指挥协同不够、卫勤需求无法及时感知、一线救治能力不强等问题,提出平时应加强卫勤分队与作战部队融合式训练、强化个人军事素质、强化专业技能训练、优化救治程序等对策来提高卫勤保障能力。Through evaluation of the medical team’s performance in force -to -force engagement maneu-ver, problems in the process of medical support drill were summarized , including lack of command and cooperation between medical team and the other teams , delayed response to the need of medical support , and limited capability of first aid in battlefield.Some countermeasures were put forward to improve the quality of medical support , inclu-ding enhancing joint training between the medical team and combat team , strengthening personal military fighting capability, reinforcing professional skills, and optimizing treating and curing procedure .
