摘 要:基于实兵交战系统和野战搜救系统,运用伤情编码理论构建的实兵交战战伤训练模型,在卫勤演练中得到较好的运用。从阵亡/伤员比例、伤类、伤部、伤势等多个角度分析该模型实际应用效果,结果表明战伤训练模型基本符合我军战斗实际,以此为基础建立的实兵交战战救训练系统能够有效牵引和驱动战救保障行动。为适应部队改革和未来作战需求,模型还需进一步深化研究。Based on combat engagement system and field search and rescue system and by applying the wound severity coding theory, the combat wound treatment training model proves to be effective in a medical sup -port exercise.The effectiveness of the model is analyzed according to such aspects as the ratio of killed in action /wounded in war, the type of wound, and the location of wound, the seriousness of wound.The results show that the model is consistent with the practice of the army and can guide and stimulate the action of medical support .Howev-er, the model still needs modification to satisfy the demand of military reform and future combat .
