摘　　要：随着TSG21-2016《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》(以下简称《大容规》)的颁布实施,纤维增强塑料压力容器的设计、制造将依据新的技术法规进行监督管理。为使相关技术人员透彻理解《大容规》中有关纤维增强塑料压力容器的技术规定,对其中的技术细则进行了详细解读。With the enforcement of TSG21-2016 Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Stationary Pressure Vessel, both design and manufacture of fiber reinforced plastic pressure vessels has to abide by newly- issued supervision and inspection methods. For purpose of benefiting technical staves in full understanding of it, its technical contents concerned were discussed in detail.
