摘 要:采用静态电化学测试和动态高温高压腐蚀方法,研究了Cr13钢在含CO_2的油田采出液中的腐蚀行为,分析了Cl^-浓度和温度对Cr13钢CO_2腐蚀性能的影响规律,分析了扫描电镜腐蚀形貌。结果表明:Cr13钢在含CO_2的油田采出液中呈现出明显的钝化行为,随着温度的增加,Cr13钢钝化电流密度呈现先增加后降低的趋势,60℃时达到极值;随着Cl-浓度的增加,Cr13钢钝化电流增加,耐蚀性降低;这主要是由表面膜层疏松程度不同所导致的。Through making use of electrochemical testing method and high-temperature and high-pressure corrosion testing methods, both static and dynamic corrosion of Cr13 stainless steel in the oilfield produced liquid containing saturated CO2 was studied and the effects of CI" concentration and temperature on corrosion resistance of the Cr13 stainless steel were analyzed, including the corrosion morphology scanned by the electron microscope. The results show that, the Cr13 stainless steel exhibits obvious passivation behavior; and with the increase of temperature, the Cr13 steel's passivation current becomes increased at first and then decreased and current density can arrive in the extremum at 60℃; with the increase of Cl coneentration, the Cr13 steel' s passivation current becomes increased along with a decreased corrosion resistance, the loose surface film incurs it .
