摘 要:应用Fluent软件模拟了超声空化对换热器中不同管型(波纹管和横纹管)换热效果的影响,并应用场协同理论对数值模拟的结果进行了分析,结果表明:超声空化效应会增强换热管的换热效果,并且空化泡数量越多空化效果越明显;场协同数随着空化泡数的增加而减小,说明超声空化效应越明显,温度场与速度场的协同程度越差;在换热管入口和超声波加入点处的场协同数均大于无超声波影响处的场协同数,此时温度场与速度场的协同程度较好。Making use of Fluent software to simulate ultrasonic cavitation' s influence on the heat transfer effect of different tubes( corrugated tubes and horizontal grain tubes) in the heat exchangers was implemented and then analyzed with field synergy theory. The results show that, the ultrasonic cavitation can enhance heat transfer effect of tubes and more cavitation bubbles can strengthen ultrasonic cavitation effect ; and field synergy number' s decrease with the increase of cavitation bubbles can incur more obvious ultrasonic cavitation and this can result in a poor synergy between temperature field and velocity field; the field synergy number at the entrance of heat exchange tubes and the entry point of ultrasonic waves are greater than that at the site without ultrasonic wave influence, this demonstrates a much better synergy between the temperature field and the velocity field.
