摘 要:目的:分析清华大学附属北京市垂杨柳医院铜绿假单胞菌(PA)耐药率与抗菌药物用药频度(DDDs)的相关性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法:回顾性调查我院2010-2015年分离出的2 963株PA的耐药率以及同期常用抗革兰阴性菌抗菌药物的DDDs,对PA耐药率与抗菌药物DDDs进行Pearson相关性分析。结果:我院PA对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、亚胺培南/西司他丁、莫西沙星的耐药率与其DDDs呈显著正相关(P〈0.05),多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌(MDR-PA)检出率与亚胺培南/西司他丁的DDDs呈显著正相关(r=0.903,P=0.014)。结论:我院PA耐药率及MDR-PA检出率与某些抗菌药物的使用量存在一定的相关性,可能与耐药机制有关,其原因有待进一步研究。Objective: To analyze the correlation between the resistance of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa( PA) and the utilization of antimicrobial agents in the hospitalized patients of Beijing Chuiyangliu hospital,and provide the basis for clinical rational use antimicrobial agents. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted for the drug resistance rate of the2 963 strains of PA from 2010 to 2015 in the hospital and DDDs of the commonly used antimicrobial agents with activity against Gram-negative bacilli by Pearson correlation analysis. Results: The resistance rate of PA was positively correlated with the DDDs of piperacillin / tazobactam,imipenem / cilastatin and moxifloxacin( P〈0. 05). The detection rate of multi-drug resistance PA( MDR-PA) was positively correlated with the DDDs of imipenem / cilastatin( r = 0. 903,P = 0. 014). Conclusion: The resistance rate of PA and detection rate of MDR-PA were significantly correlated with the utilization of some antimicrobial agents. The reason might be associated with drug resistance mechanism,which still needed further study.
