血清维生素D水平与肺结核发病关联性的探索分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨血清维生素D水平与肺结核发病之间的关系。方法：以人群调查为基础,选择70名新发初治菌阳肺结核患者为病例组,根据性别、年龄和居住地作为配对条件1：3纳入未患结核病的健康人群对照,对资料进行均数检验、条件Logistic回归分析,维生素D水平采用Roche Cobas e601型全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪进行检测。结果：共纳入70例肺结核患者与210例健康对照人群,病例组男性的血清维生素D水平明显高于对照组男性（P〈0.05）,经条件Logistic回归分析也显示,血清维生素D是肺结核发病的危险因素（OR=1.04,95%CI：1.001-1.070,P〈0.05）。结论：血清维生素D与肺结核的患病风险具有统计学关联,对于维生素D在影响肺结核发病中的价值,仍需在国内人群中开展更多高质量、大样本的流行病学调查验证以提供更充分的证据。Objective： To explore the relationship between serum vitamin D level and tuberculosis. Methods： To select 70 bacillary positive pulmonary tuberculosis cases as case group,210 normal healthy controls not suffering tuberculosis were matched by sex,age and residence based on population as control group. The datas were analyzed by t test and binary Logistic regression analysis. 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 level were tested using automatic electrochemical luminescence immune analyzer（ Roche Ccobas e601）. Results： 70 cases of tuberculosis patients and 210 cases of health controls were collected. The serum vitamin D level of male in cases group was significantly higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Furthermore,binary logistic regress analysis showed that serum vitamin D level appeared to be a risk factor to tuberculosis（ OR =1. 04,95% CI： 1. 001-1. 070,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Serum vitamin D maybe statistically significant associated with the risk of tuberculosis. But more epidemiological investigation of high quality,large sample should be launched to validated the value of vitamin D for tuberculosis.
