摘  要:糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病患者常见的微血管并发症之一,视网膜周细胞凋亡是糖尿病视网膜病变早期的主要病理改变,近年来其机制研究进展明显。中药单味药、有效成分及复方均从多个途径如减轻高糖对视网膜周细胞的损害、抑制糖基化终末产物对周细胞的损伤、抑制视网膜微血管的炎性反应等方面发挥作用,对防治视网膜病变周细胞凋亡有着自身的优势。本文总结了近年来糖尿病视网膜病变周细胞凋亡的分子机制研究现状,并对中药在保护视网膜周细胞方面的作用进行综述,为深入的中药研究和防治糖尿病视网膜周细胞凋亡的创新药物开发提供科学依据。Diabetic retinopathy(DR) is one of the common microvascular complications of diabetes. The apoptosis of retinal pericyte is the main pathologic change in the early stage of DR. In recent years, major progress has been made on the research of mechanism behind pericyte apoptosis. In this study,single ingredient of Chinese medicine(CM) and its effective components and formula compounds were indicated to perform various pharmacological effects, such as reducing the damage of cultivated retinal peticyte caused by high glucose, inhibiting peticyte damage caused by advanced glycation end products and suppressing the inflammatory response of retinal microvascular, as each of the three played an important role in attenuating apoptosis of pericyte of DR. This article summarized the current literatures over the molecular mechanism of pericyte apoptosis and the protective effects of CM in pericyte apoptosis in DR, which provided a reference for the treatment of CM and the development of new drugs in pericyte apoptosis of DR.
