摘 要:为进一步提高三轮汽车行车气制动系统制动性能,对新型气制动阀的静态特性和动态特性进行了理论计算、分析和试验研究。通过适当调整气制动阀内部结构参数,找出了影响其行车制动的静态特性和动态特性因素,进而提高了其静态、动态特性指标和三轮汽车的制动性能。试验表明,新型气制动阀静态特性不仅与进气阀口内径、输入压力及制动推杆行程、制动主弹簧刚度有关,也与制动推杆、活塞及芯杆总成制造精度、连接板总成装配质量、气制动阀总成安装调整误差有关;其动态特性不仅与制动主弹簧刚度有关,也与进气橡胶阀门组件硬度和进气阀座的阀口内径有关。该研究可为三轮汽车行车气制动系统气制动阀的研发提供一定参考。In order to further improve the braking performance of service pneumatic brake systems in tri-wheel vehicles, theoretical calculating and analysis as well as practical experiments on static and dynamic characteristics of new-type pneumatic brake valves have been carried out. Factors influencing the static and dynamic characteristics of new-type pneumatic brake valves are found by adjusting the interior structure parameters of the valve properly. Thus the static and dynamic characteristics of the valve and the braking performance of the tri-wheel vehicle are improved. Experimental results show that static characteristics of the new-type pneumatic brake valve are influenced not only by its intake valve inner diameter, input pressure, brake push rod stroke and brake main spring stiffness, but also by the manufacturing precision of the brake push rod and piston valve core, assembly quality of the connecting plate, installation and adjustment error of the pneumatic brake valve. The results also showe that the dynamic characteristics of the new-type pneumatic brake valve are affected not only by the main spring stiffness of the brake, but also by the hardness of the inlet pneumatic rubber valve gate and the inner diameter of the intake valve seat. This study provides reference for the research and development of the pneumatic brake valves in the service pneumatic brake systems of tri-wheel vehicles.
