摘　　要：介绍了移动运营商安全管理的背景,对数据驱动需求进行了分析,提出了大数据平台方案,重点对运维工作量评估、脚本程序安全和运维操作规则库做了专题分析。The background of mobile operators safety management was introduced briefly. The requirement of data driven was analyzed, and the solutions of big data platform was proposed. The matic analysis focusing on the operation and maintenance workload assessment, script program security and operation and maintenance of the rules library was made.
