摘　　要：基于用户感知,统计出某区域6月用户投诉cdma 1x网络和3G网络的数据,总结了影响用户感知的各种因素,并对网络设备故障这一因素做了详细阐述。进而制定加强监控、建立首席工程师制、巡检名单制等措施,有效地提升网络设备的维护效率,增强用户的使用感知。Based on user perception, the data of cdma lx network and 3G network of users in a certain area in June were summarized statistically, and the various factors that affect the user perception were summarized, and the factors of network equipment failure were explained in detail. And then the measures of strengthening the monitoring, establishing chief engineer system and inspection list system were developed, which can effectively improve the efficiency of network equipment maintenance, and enhance the user perception.
