安全管理在降低神经专科护理管理医患纠纷中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察安全管理在降低神经专科护理管理医患纠纷中的应用效果。方法选取我院2012年1月至2013年12月收治的100例患者为观察组，对其实施安全管理；选择我院2010年1月至2011年12月收治的100例患者为对照组，对其实施常规神经专科护理，比较两组（安全管理实施前后）的医患纠纷发生率及护理安全相关指标评分。结果观察组医患纠纷发生率2．0％，与对照组的9．0％比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组的病房管理、护理书写、消毒隔离、急救管理及药品管理评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论神经专科护理中应用安全管理，能显著提高护理安全质量，降低医患纠纷的发生率。Objective To observe the application effect of safety management in reducing doctor-patient dispute during the neurology nursing management. Methods A total of 100 patients admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected as the observation group. Safety management had been implemented to the observation group. And 100 patients admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 Who had received conventional neurology nursing were selected as the control group. The incidence rate of doctor-patient dispute and the related indicators score of nursing safety were compared before and after the implementation of safety management. Results The incidence rate of doctor-patient dispute of the observation group was 2. 0% , while the incidence rate of doctor-patient dispute of the control group was 9. 0% , and the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ） . Moreover, the score of ward management, nursing records, disinfection and isolation, emergency management and drug management of the two groups were compared and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 01 ） . Conclusions The application of safety management in nerve specialist nursing can significantly improve the safety and quality of nursing and re- duce the incidence of doctor-patient dispute.
