摘　　要：针对菱锌矿选矿过程中难于硫化、可浮性差的技术难题,重点进行了几个方面的试验研究。一是根据不同矿物可磨性差异对矿样的磨矿细度做了详细考察;二是进行了多种调整剂及捕收剂的对比试验,包括新型捕收剂KY-109,获得了适合该菱锌矿选别的最佳药剂制度。闭路试验获得了锌精矿品位21.22%、回收率88.04%的较好指标。Experiments were carried out aiming at solving the technological problems of smithsonite being difficult to be sulphidised and low in floatability. Grinding fineness of various minerals were investigated in detail on the basis of their different grindability,and contrast tests with various regulators and collectors including a new collector KY-109 were carried out. The optimum reagent regime for the smithsonite flotation was found out,and the lockedcycle test obtained good performance indexes： the grade of zinc concentrate being 21. 22% with a zinc recovery of88. 04%.
