摘　　要：大数据通过情报检索、贝叶斯定律、程序碰撞、在线分析处理等诸多方法搜索隐藏于海量信息中的有效数据,最大限度地将原本分散于个案的犯罪痕迹和物证等信息集中起来,实现侦查资源的有效整合与侦查信息的动态勾连,使现有证据之间相互补充、相互印证、相互支撑,在宏观上拓宽思路,微观上捕捉特征,使因果性、假说、实验观察与推理方法得到清晰的展示,形成理性上的审慎和技术上的严格,在此基础上实现并案侦查,有利于查明案件真相,提高诉讼效率,加快破案步伐,有效打击与遏制犯罪。Through information retrieval, Bayesian procedure, collision, online analysis processing and other methods, Big Data search for the effective data hiding in massive information, coneentraing information scattered in crime traces, material evidenee,etc.of a case to the maximum extent and achieving dynamic link of investigation resources between effective integration and investigation information. The available evidence complement, confirm and support each other by opening mind on the macroscopic and capturing characteristics on the microscopic. Causality, hypothesis, experimental observation and reasoning methods have been clearly displayed. Rational prudence and teohnical rigor have been achieved. Based on this, combined investigation is benefical to find out the truth, improve efficiency of lawsuit, speed up case solvement and effectively combat and contain crimes.
