摘  要:森林脑炎(forest encephalitis)又名蜱传脑炎(tickborne encephalitis),是由蜱传脑炎病毒引起的一种急性中枢神经系统传染病,为森林地区的自然疫源性疾病.属蒙医"粘性脑刺痛"病范畴,同时也是人畜共患疾病的一种.近年随着人类活动区域的急速扩张,感染人群在不断增加.该病感染致死率较高,且后遗症与并发症的治疗难度较大,现代医学对其治疗效果不明显,但民族传统医学在治疗其后遗症方面有着显著疗效.本文通过文献研究,整理了蒙医在临床上对森林脑炎及其后遗症、并发症上的治疗方法与疗效,探讨了蒙医、蒙西医结合治疗森林脑炎及其后遗症、并发症的可行性.forest encephalitis,called tick borne encephalitis,is an acute central nervous system diseases caused by Encephalitis pathogens transmitted by tick. It is a natural focal disease in forest areas,usually transmitted by wild animals. The vole is its common source of infection and the tick is its main transmitting vector. It belongs to symptom of "viscous head stabbing pain"in the theory of Mongolian traditional medicine,clinically characterized as sudden high fever,meningeal irritation,disturbance of consciousness and paralysis. Sequela includes cerebrospinal fluid disorder,intractable headache and muscle spasm. The forest encephalitis sequela is usually accompanied with damage of spinal peripheral nerve with various clinical symptoms and poor prognosis. The patient usually couldn 't carry out daily tasks on their own,which courses psychological obstacle for the patient and has severe impact on their family. It is reported that 10- 20% of the patient could be left with varying degrees of sequelae and a few severely disabled.
