摘  要:为了充分发挥25 MVA锰硅矿热炉设备的效能,依据矿热炉参数和补偿需求,对矿热炉低压补偿容量进行了计算,确定出变压器二次电压和电容器额定电压,选择有良好自愈性和稳定性的ABB干式自愈式电容器作为补偿元件,投切开关改进为大容量真空接触器,同时使用安全可靠的触摸式工控机作为控制系统,通过测试,满足现场生产需求,达到了增产节能的效果。In order to make the best use of ferromanganese silicon submerged arc furnace, calculation is performed to the low-pressure reactive compensation capacity of the submerged arc furnace depending on the submerged arc furnace parameters and compensated demand. Then it determined the the transformer secondary voltage and capacitor nominal voltage, choosing ABB dry-type self-healing capacitor which has good self-healing property and stability as the compensating element, modifying the hurl-slices switch to high-capacity vacuum contactor, in the same time, using the safe touching-type IPC as controlling system. Through test, it can meet the demand of the field production, reach the effect of energy-saving plus production-increasing.
