摘　　要：APOBEC3B是载脂蛋白B mRNA编辑酶催化多肽(apolioprotein B mRNA-editing enzyme catalytic polypeptide,APOBEC)家族成员之一,是高效的胞嘧啶核苷酸脱氨酶。APOBEC3B能够引发病毒基因或免疫球蛋白基因发生突变,从而在人体固有和获得性免疫反应中发挥重要作用。与此同时,大量表达的APOBEC3B亦能够促进病毒发生遗传变异同时能够改变细胞特性,进而介导肿瘤的发生。研究显示,APOBEC3B在多种肿瘤组织中的过量表达,能够诱发关键癌症基因突变而发生体细胞突变,因而在肿瘤发生发展过程中起到关键作用。APOBEC3B is one member of APOBEC which is transcriptionally induced by proinflammatory eytokine and chemokine.APOBEC3B can mutate the foreign genomes （or the host Ig genes） ,and it plays important roles in the inherent and adaptive immunities of human organism.Furthermore, APOBCE3B can facilitate the generation of cancer-promoting viral mutants.The studies indicated that APOBEC3B is upregulated in a variety of tumor tissues, and APOBEC3B also can induce somatic mutation.So APOBEC3B plays a central role in cancer development.
