摘 要:破碎辊的振动影响着破碎机运行的稳定性,因此必须对破碎辊的振动问题进行研究。首先根据转子系统中常见的刚性圆盘模型、弹性轴模型和弹性支承模型建立了破碎辊的理论模型;并求得了破碎辊的运动方程。其次,在ANSYS中建立了破碎辊的有限元模型并进行模态分析,将模态分析结果与解析解比较,验证了破碎辊的有限元模型的正确性。最后,根据破碎辊的工作状况和模态分析结果,确定了破碎辊的振动主要是由单个齿环与物料的冲击作用引起。The vibration of crushing roll affects the stability of the crusher, so it is necessary to study the vibration of the crusher. Firstly, this paper established the theoretical model of the broken roll and obtained the equation of motion of the roller based on the rigid disk model, elastic shaft section model and elastic support model ; Second- ly, established the finite element model and modal analysis in ANSYS, and compared the modal analysis results with the analytical solution, verified the correctness of the finite element model of the broken roller; Finally, ac- cording to the working condition and the modal analysis results, it is confirmed that the vibration of the crushing roller is mainly caused by the impact of the single ring and the material.
