摘 要:针对Na Cl-KCl-Ca Cl2混合盐水完井液密度的参考数据较少的问题,进行了Na Cl、KCl及Ca Cl2在0-100℃,0.1 MPa下的Pitzer体积参数回归,并用这些参数进行了单盐溶液及混合溶液密度的计算。结果表明,模型计算的单盐溶液最大相对偏差为0.282 1%,混合溶液最大相对偏差为0.248%,能够满足完井液设计计算需要。Density data of mixed brines completion fluids for NaCl-KCl-CaC12 are referred rarely in documents. So Pitzer'volumetric parameters of NaCl, KCl and CaCl2 for 0 - 100 ℃ ,0.1MPa were regressed. The regressed pa- rameters were applied to calculate densities of single brine solutions and mixed brines solutions. Calculating results show that the maximum deviation between calculating densities and testing densities for single brine solutions is 0. 2821%, for mixed solutions is 0.248%. Calculating results are qualified for completion fluid designs and calcu- lations.
