摘  要:目前,实验室通用的评价溶垢剂溶垢效果的方法是失重法。采用失重法评价溶垢效果的实验过程繁琐、样品烘干时间较长、实验误差大。采用一种新的滴定方法评价溶垢剂的溶垢效果,该方法是根据溶垢剂与钡离子、镁离子的反应关系,滴定并计算出螯合型溶垢剂的溶垢率。实验数据准确度高,实验结果重复性好,操作简单快速。为评价新方法较传统的失重法测溶垢率的优越性,分别采用滴定法和失重法,对螯合型溶垢剂LQG-2的溶垢效果和溶垢剂浓度、温度、时间以及p H值等因素对该溶垢剂溶垢效果的影响进行了室内评价。实验结果表明,滴定法所测实验数据稳定性好,操作简便、快速。当硫酸钡含量为0.5 g/100 m L,温度为75℃,溶垢剂浓度为8%,反应时间为24 h时,溶垢率高达79.32%。溶垢剂最佳反应浓度为8%,最佳反应温度为75℃,最佳反应时间24 h。另外,p H值对溶垢效果的影响较大,溶垢率随p H值的增加而明显增大。Currently, the method generally used in the laboratory for evaluating the dissolving effect of scale dis- solving agents is the weight loss method which is disadvantageous due to the complicated experimental process, long sample-drying time and large experimental errors. In this paper, to evaluate the superiority of the two methods, in- door evaluations are made on the dissolving effect of the chelating dissolving agent LQG-2 and the influence of such factors as the concentration of the dissolving agent, temperature, time and pH value on the dissolving effect. This paper introduces a new method for evaluating the dissolving effect of scale dissolving agents, which is featured by accurate experimental data, high repeatability of experimental results, simple and fast operation as well as low cost. According to the experimental result, the scale dissolving rate reaches as high as 79.32% when the barium sulfate content is 0. 5 g, temperature is 75 -C, concentration of the dissolving agent is 8% and reaction time is 24 h; the optimal reaction concentration, temperature and time are 8%, 75 -C and 24 h respectively; in addition, the pH value has a great influence on the dissolving effect as the dissolving effect becomes obviously better with the increase of the pH value.
