摘 要:包虫病是一种严重影响赠曲河流域居民身体健康的人畜共患寄生虫病。通过对白玉县赠曲河流域不同区段包虫病及饮用水源的调查,结合相应的水质检测结果,分析了各区段的水源特征;并探讨了包虫病病情与水源特征之间的关系。流域内包虫病发生与水源类型、水源环境条件及水源受污染难易程度等因素有关;但与水源水化学类型无明显相关关系。其成果可为病区包虫病防治提供相应的理论依据与数据支撑。Echinococcosis is a zoonotic parasitic disease of serious impact on the health of residents of Zengqu River. Through the investigation of different sections of echinococcosis and drinking water in Zengqu River Basin of Baiyu County,combined with corresponding water quality test results,the characteristics of water source in each section were analyzed,and the relationship between echinococcosis and water features were explored. Echinococcosis in the basin related to types of water resource,water environment and water pollution degree of difficulty,but with hydrochemical types of different water sources no obvious correlation. The results can provide the theoretical basis and data support for the corresponding prevention in echinococcosis.
