摘  要:为了研制适用于隧道模型试验的Ⅳ级弱膨胀性围岩相似材料,运用正交试验设计理论,以细砂、黏土、膨润土、石灰和水作为原材料,设计了四因素四水平的正交试验方案,进行了称重、直剪、自由膨胀率和干燥饱和吸水率试验,获得了不同配比相似材料的物理力学参数指标。试验结果表明:相似材料在不同配比下的参数指标变化范围较广,能够满足相似材料所需的参数指标要求;运用极差法分析了各因素对相似材料参数的影响程度和趋势,发现相似材料的重度变化主要体现在随骨料增加而增大,黏聚力与内摩擦角变化主要体现在随含水率增大而减小,自由膨胀率与干燥饱和吸水率变化主要体现在随膨润土减少而减小。In order to develop a similar material for weak expansive surrounding rock mass of class Ⅳ which can be used in tunnel model test,find sand,clay,bentonite,lime and water were used as raw materials,the orthogonal test scheme of four factors and four levels were designed by orthogonal experimental design theory.Weighing,direct shear test,free expansion rate test and dry saturated water absorptivity test were conducted,physical and mechanical parameters of similar material were obtained under different ratios. The tests results show that parameters of similar material vary in a large range under different ratios,and can meet the needs for the required parameters of similar material. The influence degree and trend of various factors on similar material parameters were analyzed by using extremum difference method. The results show that the weight change of similar material was mainly reflected in the increase with the increase of aggregate,the cohesion force and internal friction angle change of similar material were mainly reflected in the decrease with the increase of water content,the free expansion rate and dry saturated water absorptivity change of similar material were mainly reflected in the increase with the increase of bentonite.
