摘 要:为了提高高压静电分选效率,探究转辊表面电流分布规律.采用自制的线-辊式高压放电装置,改变电极排布,测量转辊表面电流分布.结果表明:在同等条件下,单根电晕线直径越小放电电流越大,转辊表面电流整体呈正态分布;2根电晕线放电时,电流分布范围扩大,整体电流增强;3根电晕线放电,在两外侧电晕线夹角为60°,3根电晕线与转辊表面间距均为45mm的位置时,两外侧峰值电流在转辊表面上的夹角约为72°,总体电流较大且分布均匀,有利于待分选物料荷电,提高分选效率.本研究为优化静电分选装置电极设计提供依据.In order to improve the efficiency of high-voltage electrostatic separation,the characteristics of discharge current on the roller surface were explored.The experimental device of high-voltage discharge was made.The influence of different location wires on discharge current on roller surface was studied.The results indicated that:under the same conditions,with the decrease of corona wire diameter,the discharge current became bigger.The current on the surface of roller was close to a normal state.When two corona lines were used to discharge,the spatial distribution of the current had larger range and higher intensity.When three corona lines were used to discharge,at one position,the current distribution measured was wider and relatively stable where the angle between two outer corona lines and the distance between the corona line and the surface of the roller were 60°and 45 mm respectively.In this case,the angle between two outboard peaks was about 72°.It is advantageous for the electric charge of the material to be sorted,as the efficiency of sorting is improved.The simulation provides a theoretical foundation for electrostatic separator design.
