新调心方治疗轻度认知功能损害64例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究中药新调心方对轻度认知功能损害(MCI)患者认知功能和日常生活能力的疗效。方法:收集2014年3月-12月MCI患者64例,随机分为西药(双益平)组32例和中药(新调心方)组32例,两组均治疗24周。采用简易精神状态量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、ADAS-cog和总体衰退评价量表评估两组患者的治疗效果。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组MMSE和MoCA分值均得到改善,疗效相当,但中药组ADAS-cog改善效果较西药组更明显(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗后两组总体衰退均有显著改善(P均<0.01)。结论:新调心方具有补心气、温心阳、化痰开窍的功效,是治疗MCI的有效治则之一。Objective： To study the therapeutic effect of xintiaoxinrecipe in the improving the cognitive function and ability of daily life of the patients with mild cognitive impairment（MCI）. Methods： From February to December, 2014, 64 patients with MCI were collected and randomly divided into a Western medicine （huperzine） group with 32 cases and a Chinese medicine （xintiaoxinrecipe） group with 32 cases. Both groups were treated for 24 weeks. The treatment effects of the patients in the two groups were evaluated with the mini-mental state examination（MMSE）, Montreal cognitive assessment（MOCA）, ADAS- cog and overall evaluation scale of recession. Results： Compared with those before treatment, the scores of MMSE and MOCA were all improved after treatment and the effect was equivalent to each other. But the improvement of ADAS-cog of Chinese medicine group was better than that of the Western medicine group（P〈O.05）. The overall recessions of the two groups were significantly improved（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Xintiaoxinrecipe has the effects of buxinqi, wenxinyang, and eliminating phlegm for resuscitation and is one of the effective treatments of MCI.
