稳心颗粒联合麝香保心丸治疗心肌梗死所致心律失常疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨稳心颗粒联合麝香保心丸治疗急性心肌梗死所致心律失常的临床疗效。方法将120例急性心肌梗死所致心律失常患者随机分为稳心颗粒组、麝香保心丸组和联合治疗组,每组40例。3组患者均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,稳心颗粒组给予稳心颗粒治疗,麝香保心丸组给予麝香保心丸治疗,联合治疗组给予稳心颗粒联合麝香保心丸治疗,疗程4周。统计3组临床疗效,观察治疗前后异位搏动、心律失常发生类型及心率变异性指标变化情况。结果治疗4周后,联合治疗组总有效率明显高于稳心颗粒组和麝香保心丸组(P均<0.05),室性异位搏动、室上性异位搏动次数和成对/二联律、室上性心动过速、室性期前收缩、房性期前收缩发生率均明显低于稳心颗粒组和麝香保心丸组(P均<0.05),PNN50%、SDANN、SDNN均明显高于稳心颗粒组和麝香保心丸组(P均<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联合麝香保心丸明显提高了心肌梗死所致心律失常的临床疗效和心率变异性,减少了心律失常的发生。Objective It is to investigate the clinical effect of Wenxin Granule combined with Shexiang Baoxin pills in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias induced by myocardial infarction. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with cardiac arrhythmia induced by acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into combined treatment group, Wenxin Granule group and Shexiang Baoxin pill group, each group had 40 cases. All patients were treated with routine treatment, ad- ditionally Shexiang Baoxin pill group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin pills, Wenxin Granule group was treated with Wenxin Granules, combined treatment group were treated with Wenxin Granule combined Shexiang Baoxin pills. All the groups were treated for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy, ectopic beats, arrhythmia and heart rate variability were compared among the three groups. Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group and Shexiang Baoxin pill group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The ventricular ectopic beats and ventrieular ectopic beats, paired/two law, ventricular taehyeardia, premature ventrieular contraction, the incidence of at- rial premature contraction in the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those in the Wenxin Granule group and Shexiang Baoxin pill group （P 〈 0.05）. The PNN50% , SDANN, SDNN in the combined treatment group were significantly higher than those in the Wenxin Granule group and Shexiang Baoxin pill group（P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Wenxin Granule com- bined Shexiang Baoxin pills could significantly improve clinical curative effect on cardiac arrhythmias induced by myocardial infarction and heart rate variability, and reduce the occurrence of arrhythmia.
