内服外用中药联合电波刀治疗慢性宫颈炎效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨内服外用中药联合高频电波刀(LEEP)治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法选择因慢性宫颈炎行LEEP手术治疗患者200例,随机分为研究组和对照组各100例。研究组LEEP手术前后给予内服外用中药干预治疗;对照组仅行单纯LEEP手术治疗。观察2组术后临床治疗效果,记录术中出血量、术后阴道流血和阴道排液持续时间、宫颈创面愈合时间、创面感染率和术后支原体、衣原体复发率、术后宫颈炎复发率等情况,并进行对比分析。结果研究组术中出血量较对照组明显减少(P<0.05),术后阴道流血及阴道排液持续时间、宫颈创面愈合时间均较对照组明显缩短(P均<0.05);研究组术后创面感染率、支原体及衣原体复发率、宫颈炎复发率均较对照组明显降低(P均<0.05)。研究组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内服外用中药联合高频电波刀治疗慢性宫颈炎可以显著减少术中出血量,缩短术后阴道流血和阴道排液持续时间,降低术后创面感染率和支原体、衣原体复发率及术后宫颈炎复发率,促进宫颈创面愈合,提高慢性宫颈炎治疗有效率。Objective： It is to explore the clinical curative effect of LEEP combined with the internal and external use of Chinese medicine on chronic cervieitis. Methods Two hundreds patients with chronic cervicitis undergoing LEEP surgical treat- ment were randomly divide into study and control group with 100 patients for each. The study group was treated with internal and external use of traditional Chinese medicine before or after the surge while the patients in the control group was only treated with LEEP surgery. The clinical curative effect of operation was observed, the blood loss after surgery, the duration of vaginal bleeding and vaginal discharge, the curing time of cervical wound, the infection rate, the recurrence rate of Chlamydia, myco- plasma, the recurrence rate of cervicitis after surgery were recorded and compared in both groups. Result Compared to control group the blooding loss during operation was less （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the duration time of vaginal bleeding and vaginal discharge and the curing time cervical wound were shorter（ P 〈 O. 05 ）, the infection rate and the recurrence rate of Chtamydia and mycoplas- ma after surge and the recurrence rate of cervicitis after surgery were lower, while the total effective rate was higher in study group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion LEEP combined with internal and external use of traditional Chinese medicine could reduce blood loss, shorten vaginal duration of bleeding and vaginal discharge after surgery, reduce infection rate and the recurrence rate of Chlamydia and mycoplasma as well as the recurrence rate of cervicitis, promote the curing of cervical wound, improving the treatment efficiency of chronic cervicitis.
