摘 要:[目的]采用最优微生物菌群和植物(玉米)相结合的微生态技术,进行污染物的降解修复研究。[方法]供试植物为玉米,将研究场地分为添加固定化颗粒玉米区(球前玉米区)、添加游离态菌液玉米区(液前玉米区)、纯玉米区和空白对照区4个区,采集样品9次,研究不同地区土壤中降解菌总数、石油烃含量和石油降解率的变化。[结果]随着采样时间的推延,4个区的降解菌总数呈先增长后降低的趋势;添加固定化颗粒区和添加游离态菌液区的石油烃含量下降率较大,第20天纯玉米区的石油烃含量下降明显;添加固定化颗粒区和添加游离态菌液区的石油降解率较高,且降解稳定,纯玉米区对石油的降解率不稳定。[结论]游离态菌液与玉米相结合的微生态技术对土壤石油污染修复效果最好,降解速度快。[Objective] Using the micro ecological technology of combining the optimal microbial flora and plant( corn),to carry out the pollutants' degradation and repair work. [Method] The corn was selected as the site repair experiment plant,and the research site was divided into four zones: adding immobilized particles,adding free state of bacteria liquid,pure corn,blank control area,collecting samples for nine times,total number of degrading bacteria,petroleum hydrocarbon content and change of oil degradation rate in soils from various regions were studied. [Result] Total number of degrading bacteria presented the trend of first increasing then decreasing with sampling time delay; the decreasing rate of petroleum hydrocarbon content in zone by adding immobilized particles and free state of bacteria liquid was significant,while in zone of pure corn petroleum hydrocarbon content reduced obviously at the 20thday; the degradation rate of petroleum was high and stable in zone by adding immobilized particles and free state of bacteria liquid,the oil degradation rate of pure corn was not stable. [Conclusion] The micro ecological technology combined with the free state bacteria liquid and corn has the best effect on the remediation of oil contaminated soil with fast degradation rate and remarkable effect.
